Why do I need to register?

– This eases the estimate submission process. Not only do the fields auto-populate based on the information you’ve provided, but it also allows us to easily associate the estimate’s information with your company so that thing stay organized.

Is the information I submit secure?

– Yes, as for how we use that information, please refer to our privacy policy. As for the security aspect, all the we receive is kept on a secure server with our host. We are the only ones with access to it.

How does the estimate submission process work?

– Once you submit the information to our email, we’ll begin analyzing it and setting up the file in Xactimate after payment has been made. It’s crucial that the information you provide be as accurate as possible. Once the file is finished (within 24 hours), we review it several times to make sure everything is in order.

Why do you use Paypal for payments?

– At the moment, we are setting up another form of payment processing that makes it a bit easier for our clients to get their invoices and pay for our services. Paypal is a convenient alternative that allows you to pay for your files whether or not you have a Paypal account.
